The closed rail line between Waterfall, NSW and Thirooul (part of the Sydney - Wollongong - Port Kembla/Nowra (Bomaderry) lines) is now not predicted to reopen until 25 April, as further landslides have occurred near Otford railway station.
This will prohibit GNC grain trains to/from Port Kembla until that date, as the other line via Robertson is closed for months due to similar problems.
