I think the drought insurance policy was for an initial five year term. The insurance provider is benefiting from the pay-out at present but I think it was only two years ago that GNC was the beneficiary of the arrangement. As a long term follower of the company, the volatility of earnings from the storage and handling business was an ongoing bugbear for investors.
