I'd be hoping for a huge infrastructure spend, expansion into new markets/areas and then a share buy back while maintain dividend.
Still cheap at these levels but unfortunately I can't top up as I need the funds elsewhere. I'll just have to maintain my original parcel at $3.60 and swim in the profits I guess.
