Even if we ignore the fact that possibly the most intense conflict since the Korean War is still raging smack bang in the middle of a key grain producing region, with no end in sight... to see Europe, North America and China all expecting poor harvests at the same time is quite startling. I also can't recall us having 3 wet years in a row like this.
