True, but the Directors' Report states the accounts were signed in accordance with a resolution of Directors. I really have written off the whole experience (through GBA) a long time back, as PEP11 was the key to the whole tangled web.

Are you suggesting David Breeze signed these of his own accord, without the approval of the board? Did the auditor not check that such a resolution was made (standard audit practice)? I seriously doubt clever people like Hock, the auditor et. al. we leave themselves so exposed. That is just my view, not that it matters.
