Exactly that - as in: we are the shareholders, it doesn't matter what we (Brokers, Retail, Institutional) think it is worth.
Once a reserve booking is finalised it will be converted in an assett for the business with monetary value based on the gas market.
If we trade at $0.01 or $20, it doesn't matter - 1 TCF of gas will still be worth what it is worth based on the gas market, and when it comes to selling the asset that is what will matter.
On a long enough timeframe the Perceived business value (Shareprice) and Actual business value (Business asset value / Commercial value) will converge.
Exactly that - as in: we are the shareholders, it doesn't matter...
