Not calling anyone out specifically - while back of the envelope calcs are nice to think about for possible valuations, I can't help but think about why the previous owner sold the asset for so little if these types of numbers are possible. In my mind I'm thinking there must be quite a few hurdles to come prior to any sale process approaching such high numbers.
