I think some traders are confused BF Pallets with DR Pallets. ALL Chinese made IO Pallets are BF Pallets, whereas Southdown is aiming to make DR Pallets. DR Pallets attracts higher premiums than BF Pallets (~US$7-8/dmt), and as world's steelmakers moving towards making more green steels, more DF Pallets will be required and hence larger premiums are more than likely.
Today's SP drop is a good opportunity if you like the future of DR Pallets.
