Hi all. I reckon this thread is missing the point on the SD change. Now that the ownership is simpler it's easier for Grange to spin the project off into a separate entity and hand the shares to shareholders or to sell the project. That new separate entity could develop the project and raise capital or find partners. It gives an avenue for SD to be included in the value in the share price whereas at the moment I think the value attributed to SD is $0.
I reckon SD is worth about 10 cents per share. It gives the board options to realise that value and also create an entity that can raise funds for the project.
