re: Ann: Grange Resources Limited - Appendix ... Shagang has had so many opportunities the last 5 years that I can not find any reason why they would do it now, do not forget Southdown at this point is a NO GO, because IO prices are to low and expenditure budget only increased.
There have been many better moments then now.
After this report, its clear why Russel Clarke left the company.
They make profit ( so far ), they pay dividend ( so far ) , however what is the future, there is not much challenge left, its not more than a dying cashcow!
This being the reason for the "low" SP, do not expect much rebound
