I am always blown away by how inefficient the market is.
Apart from a 2c dividend, (which should have been 3c), there is very little new information here.
Anybody with at least an hour of research about GRR knows they are printing cash faster than the RBA.
If anything, this report is already outdated as the prices have significantly improved compared to the average last year.
We are currently making almost 150m$ aud per quarter before tax.
So why the rerate now ? This is mindboggling to me.
Oh well, let's just enjoy the ride and being in the green despite the ASX dive.
