Yep, Peru's the main game.
But I just don't believe the pH difficulty with the Granite Belt heap can't be overcome. In any case, the Company's only hazarding $120K while ii runs a fresh set of eyes over the problem during DD.
I'd say there's easily $500K's worth of value in the overall package anyway. And then some.
