Thanks doesn't sound as though any charges were lodged over company. It would be in creditors report from Deloitte which I haven't read. In the absence of a charge lodged with ASIC this will have no legs. Perhaps the caveat was instigated by people who wanted to cushion today's announcement to surpress a run up to top up at lower levels??? In any event, demonstrates value in asset so good indicator in my view.
