They have granted 1,000,000 options to Veritas Securities with an exercise price of 35c, expiring 31 Dec 2012 (2010 is a typo). For each option converted before the expiry data, Veritas Securities get one ordinary share and one additional option with an exercise price of 45c.

I think that Veritas should have at least had to pay something for the options (unless im missing where it says what they paid). RHMO are currently trading at 8c. Veritas basically get a risk free slice where they can wait to see how things progress at Narracoota and Buena Vista before deciding whether to convert their options. However, Veritas Securities focus on assisting small to medium tiered companies meet their financing needs (from their website) so they may be on board to assist with future capital raisings.
