Well if I were Shan Shan ; I know what I'd be clawing to get my hands on and that would be PLS; I reckon it would be a big blow landed by Shan Shan over Tinci and sweet as a button too.
GLCs (20% Tinci owned ) delay in getting funds out and SP that's being squeezed down. Perfect opportunity for the likes of Shan Shan; personally I'd be expecting a move by one of the majors soon after PLS mining proposals / management plans have been approved by the DMP; PLS would be quite vulnerable now whilst floating around these price levels.
