im not sure what to make of this so any thought would be appreciated as a relist can't happen until all cr shares have been issued? unless this is also a waiver to reinstatement condition 4 which states,
'' confirmation of completion of the share issues and any other matters that require completion pursuant to the notice and the transactions contemplated therein''
might be time for phone call.
