Sorry Blue, American/Canadian here... does that mean loan guarantees or insurance, or grants? Or just export facilitation? Which actually makes a big difference to South Koreans and Japanese. The Aussie govt would lose face if a relationship went awry. In US/Canada that would generally mean they would kickstart the processing facility as with Electra... Thanks.
