I am long term holder coz I think graphite demand will be huge and my view has not changed , the enviro and ML are big positive steps considering what has happened within Tanz Govt and mining regs debacle .
I don’t mind incentivising key people but ‘accidentally ‘overpaying was very poor form, that is a bad look and unprofessional.
IMO pay it back and hold off on further pay increases until funding secured, I think that would incentivise the key people further , revisit remuneration post funding clarified.
Not long ago the company I work for overpaid quite a few staff and it had to be paid back ASAP or dock wages , I see no different here.
If funding secured vrc have bright future and should re rate the sp , this is spec end high risk and not for the feint hearted. GL
