Your comment is completely true. If you want capable people delivering outcomes you need to remunerate them. How can you in all honesty say these are capable people. Of course good people need to get paid well but why this mob they arent that great if you ask me.Why make a performance hurdle one that is supposedly so close to being achieved. The other to performance hurdles are valid bit the first one just seems like an opportunistic grab.
