I spoke with vrc a while back prior to enviro/ML , they where confident then of getting those thru , this has now happened, the same was referred to about funding so no reason to think different at this stage, certainly interesting stage we are at for better or worse
They are well aware this is not a case of 2 out of 3 ain’t bad , it has to be 3 out 3 .
