bruce,
I would not be paying to much attention in relation to the dates for Trevors performance shares. I do not believe that the money raising will take as long as has been allowed. For what it's worth. It will be done well before the 30th of march 2019. Of course that is just my opinion.
To my knowledge they should have enough money to do what they need to do . Money was spent on getting approvals and other stuff that is now done and dusted. I am not anticipating a cap raising any time soon. But what ever decision is made in relation to that I have full confidence that Trevor will do what is right and in the best interest of shareholders. If I did not have absolute confidence in Trevor I would not be here as shareholder today. His track record suggests he knows what he is doing and he has been given plenty of incentives from a financial point of view to get the job done. I am happy for him to get rewarded if shareholders are also rewarded with a much higher share price. I believe he will be leaving for over seas in the coming weeks. He is not just sitting behind the desk waiting for things to happen. He has visions for where he sees this company in the coming years. From the conversations I have had with him he seems both excited and enthusiastic about the future.
As I have said many times before the share price will take care of itself. If we are 10c in a years time that means from this day forward it will be a 500% return in 12 months. That will be a good start and that is what I am expecting. If it's greater I won't be complaining. I still believe the demand for graphite offers a wonderful opportunity for the right company. I beleive that VRC is that company.
Not too many companies have gone down the route that VRC is undertaking with this Note Issue.
As I have said previously, we are entering an exciting period for shareholders. Why anyone would be selling their shares right now is hard to fathom. But having said that, each to his own.
A little more patience is required Bruce. We have waited this long so I am prepared to sit tight.
