That is exactly right @EAr, some people just have this thing about "size matters"

If i were to be examining two resumes for applicants in the position of CFO, i would be looking at performance in particular.

Scenario 1 :
Worked in huge company (multi billion). struggled to stay afloat with part of business being supported by other half whilst enduring drought, excessive prices of gas for feedstock, and board that didn't choose option to relinquish loss making side of business to large financial offer.

Scenario 2:
Worked with a company from offset of production, with MC around 100Million, to become Australia's largest producer of Urea, and become a multi billion dollar company employing thousands of new jobs and creating wealth for the country, exporting internationally, as well as supporting the local areas involved.

Mmmm, tough decision to make!

Maybe if size really matters, the model railway in his garage should be put away for the grandkids eh!
