Can't be Quanta as it does not note that the conditions set out in announcement of 18/12/15 have been met including the payment of $3,075,000 amongst other things.

This payment was due to be made in Feb no January and who pays $3m early?
Nice announcement but in no way is there an acknowledgement that the conditions precedent to the finalisation of the contract have been met. Yet the newspaper report says the transaction is final.

My hope was that if the report from the UK was right and the deal had settled then the drill results would be closer.

I suppose we will pick up an exact date for payment from the quarterlies.
