If memory serves me right, Talga should be in full production from stage 1 by the end of next year. This gives plenty of time for the construction, which these days does not take so long as suggested. I suspect that since the 10 hectare site has now been bought outright, that Talga would also have firmed the order for equipment and machinery with deposits. Talga have sufficient ore on hand to commission the commercial plant in the first half of next year.
