Sentinel is a right pain in the backside https://maps.worldbank.org/ is much more user friendly interface of the same satelitte images I think.
I think the vegetation colour change here might indicate a peg swarm - see lighter shade green running in thin streaks. (this is between the hill and the river, so no sure if it's on this newly granted tenement or still in the forest reserve? Might be just in if the tenement edge goes right up to that deposit as indicated.
In anycase if is ALWAYS cloudy here so hard to get a good image further on than this to the North/East.
