If there is a global financial meltdown, which happens about every decade, you'll buy them <20 cents. All markets are at record highs and the west is living like there is no tomorrow amidst many triggers points.
In conclusion, the downside is significantly more eventful and probable that any residual upside IMO.
Keep your powder dry for life changing opportunities. Earn ~5% on cash whilst waiting. May is not over yet.
