The thing is there will be a sitting of the current??? parliament scheduled for 16th December with the majority in it being NPP so maybe there is a chance for the ratification to go trough. If not - the new Parliament will be constituted after 7th January with NDC having the majority... and the project will be (probably) delayed or even worse.
