    The third party court hearing was suppose to finish near the end of December.
    NWIOA were expecting to announce some thing by the end of 2009,as the Premier of WA had told BHP and RIO he was giving them until that time to start some dialogue on third party access.
    The third party deals are expected to be announce by mid 2010.
