I don't discount that a 'left of field' event can occur about rail, as Pezza has predicted, but if we leave that to one side, I agree that H2'10 is a more appropriate time to expect developments to occur. BRM's DFS will have been completed by then, and they should be able to market a stronger business case to potential providers
