    re: Ann: Grant of Mining Lease at Brockman Ma... Yup.. the statement about the spot price from WR alludes to the fact that the NPV of $1.6B is very conservative.

    The mining lease is a significant milestone with some enormous red-tape hurdles now behind BRM. Great news. Not selling anytime soon.

    WR won't want to do any raisings below $5 and the SP has the momentum to get there in quick time if rail can be sealed in the next 12 months.
