The key question that is not addressed(and perhaps the company doesnt know) is how long it will take to get the various permits from the federal and state authorities.Will it take 3,6 12 or 18months .Once the permits are given will there be any major objections which can further delay the process and increase costs .Clearly no construction can be initiated or financing obtained until these permits are received ,this is one of several major issues to be solved .It is not easy building a big gold mine from scratch with no cash flow .
