I’m not sure why you would have a problem with a 60% drop in share price in just over 12 months, I mean if you read the announcement explains it.
The performance plan is designed to:
A. Align interest between the company, shareholders and its employees
B. Reward and retain talent
C. Incentives key members of management to drive higher returns
now clearly all of those have been covered so reward reward reward. and some have asked why management don’t buy shares, this is the answer they get them free even when they don’t follow the reasons for getting them.
it’s not just this stock the regulators need to fix this problem across all stocks especially stock that repeatedly under perform
