I think the management should not be taking these performance rights. Performance right are for performance and there has been not performance; we the owners dont get performance rights.
At the very most they can be issued Options with strike prices starting at 30c upwards. A performance right is a free share and as an owner of the business I dont want anyone getting free shares. Buffet does give himeself free shares and he performs.
But its up to us sharesholders to vote against these performance shares not vote them in.
I think the management should not be taking these performance...
