Agree. Whenever the owers/shareholders of the company are treated as second class citzens you realise the company has an agency problem where management set their interests above that of the shareholders which is the case with this company. We see it allot with small cap companies on the ASX.
The board has a fiduciary duty to act onbehalf of the shareholders interests not managements.
