. Yes point A is a lot of rubbish. Firstly , the Company is owned by the shareholders so there is no alignment needed. Secondly , shareholders actually risk their own money, whereas employees and management are not required to . So it is total rubbish to say that their interests can be aligned , and the fact is that many shareholders are deeply in the red . I don’t presently hold but I am looking for a good entry point . I just don’t see it yet.
