The reason EVERYTHING is down is because your Chinese mates are manipulating RE prices down to a point where no financier will dream of investing in a RE Project; Of course that should not effect Peak now that you are in bed with Shenghe, they will ensure that the mine gets into operation now have a Tier one mine to supply them concentrate at cost !
