There are delays in many areas - EFE is certainly not alone in result delays. The word 'expect' is not definitive but perhaps in light of the known delays, the announcement for result expectations should have perhaps been worded 'expecting results during the current quarter' - or at least inform the market that the expectation fell short.

Ambitious result expectations in the current environment often result in lack of confidence and resultant market sell off. Hopefully the results themselves once released will be according to market expectations - one suspects markets are currently weary if sp is anything to go by.
