Seems the logical answer is that 001 is better than 0...
It is usual practice for smallcraps to chase whatever they think is the most likely thing to suck in new buyers or else go down the consolidation/name change path and then print back down to 001...
That said I am one who is rolling the dice @ 001 but is profit from elsewhere and not a mortgage on the family farm...
