This is the last roll of the dice, so I don't belive Dennis and the crew will miss the deadline. They must start drilling before the 30th September, otherwise the DOE will get cranky......The move was going to take place start of August and it's only 20 meters to the new site.
I'm sure if they need it, all the shareholders could jump on a plane to Cebu and drag the bloody thing 20m !!
