I'm actually reading differently. Seems to me news is in on the know who and on the way, This sector is actually critical and in low supply. Further government contracts and agreements is what I am calculating. Because it has a long way to go up It only makes sense. I have seen this with other major miners in the past including tier 1 miners which were as this prior. I just bought some.
