If HAV sent it to the ASX for approval and received approval from them. Then why would the ASX bother looking at the announcement again? My guess is there is a disgruntled shareholder who since January is trolling over every announcement looking to find the smallest breaches, and then sending a complaint to the ASX. So then the ASX has to take another look. The purpose is to make HAV management look bad.
Just a guess.
