If anyone is going to be at today's presentation, could they please ask:

1. Has HAV received the Independent's Expert Report ("IER")?

2. Has HAV lodged the Notice of Meeting ("NOM") with ASIC and ASX.

The reason why I ask is because on the 28 June 2019, HAV advised us that "Once the NOM and IER are finalised, Havilah will be in a position to lodge the NOM with ASIC and ASX for their review; a process that takes approximately two weeks."

HAV also said in the announcement on 28 June 2019 that "it is expected that the NOM will be dispatched to shareholders around middle to late July 2019".

Therefore, given it is now 17 July, two weeks until the end of July, if HAV has not sent the Notice of Meeting to ASIC and ASX, then they are likely to miss another deadline.

To HAV management, if you are reading this, please be on the front foot with this and don't send a lamb to the slaughter by getting someone to do this presentation without this knowledge. It would look very poor if someone doing a presentation about Grants did not know if the Independent Expert Report had been received and the Notice of Meeting sent. Yes, they are corporate issues rather than geology issues, but it will look like you have something to hide. It would be much better for the presenter to come forward with an update on these issues as part of his presentation.
