I think that given the Doc's experience, it is pretty unlikely that he would have made the statement to Pro Active unless he genuinely believed it to be true and appropriate for publication.
Furthermore, I am sure that the Doc is well aware of the ASX guidelines and was only trying to inform shareholders of the potential size of the basin.
