From VRS annual report from the 19th July,

The introduction of ISO/TS 80004-13: 2017 last year was a welcome development as it defined the vocabulary for graphene and two dimensional related materials. We are confident that our products meet the criteria.

TLG VRS and FGR will all be able to make Few-Layer Graphene and Graphene Nanoplatelets,

Note 1 to entry: GNPs typically have thickness of between 1 nm to 3 nm and lateral dimensions ranging from approximately 100 nm to 100 µm.

The current issue VRS have is its limited graphene capacity, according to the Annual report they are planning on expanding to 3tpa,

FGR's current capacity is 50-100tpa of Few Layer Graphene
Talga's stage 2 (or is it stage 3) commission is soon to be completed, which should have a capacity of around 8tpa of Few Layer Graphene,

Will VRS be able to compete on price ? I highly doubt they will
