    By the way mate, just to support my musings that "it's possible" a share price spike might offer the chance to CR at a much higher price - check out another biotech play in EMV (somewhat related given the AXE bio-sensors) which only listed last year and at IPO was 20c.

    A very sharp run on the share price happened just prior to approval for clinical/human trials and management did the smart thing & put her into TH for a CR via share placement priced around 70c.

    Another stock I hold (completely different sector so I won't even mention the ticker) had a massive run from sub $2 to around $5 in fairly short time, and even though they had $17 million cash in the bank she went into TH and they raised another $32 million or so. Nobody would have predicted that 3 months earlier.

    EMV only did a modest raising at around 70c & I'm not trying to compare apples with oranges but you can probably see my point; this kind of scenario is *possible* and savvy management will always have one finger on the CR trigger because those that wait too long or miss the opportunity are usually skewered.
