It seems that this technology would not require the clinical human trials that the link focuses on....In fact, one can avoid all of this and initially place this chip in special high tech toys, zoological sensors...etc that would probably require no trials or medical licence...while focusing on more serious devices involving health, driving sensors..etc. But AIMO.
