This is done so that in the future they will not be held liable and so shareholders can't take any legal action against them.
But holders not need to worry becouse Ziggy is a trustable guy...
Just ask yourself why every time Ziggy does a presentation he doesn't take some Fly Ash Proppants with him to show the shareholders?
