I call it a story as it was never an investment vehicle for retail holders.
There's a long list of angry ex-holders. I won't @ tag them as some were suspended and some don't want to be reminded - EpicFail, Ozzyleb, Tyson80, marty386 etc.
There was lots of spin, intention, rhetoric, statements and quantum leaps which went hand in hand (pun intended) with 'milestone' shares being awarded to Management and insider Consultants. The Hallmark JV is still just a conversation. Literally nothing has added value yet the register has tripled.
These names will stick on HC and the Internet. When previous claims of success (i.e. IntegritasCorp) was shared, discussed and investigated the site mysteriously disappeared from its hosting provider soon after.
Any new venture that they might choose to start will be found, questioned and interrogated.
ASIC should get the rubber gloves on and perform an audit of all companies that might have received payment or been linked to Management.
