LWP are obliged to follow through with the legal challenge, should they choose to write it off at this early stage, it would be like admitting they were complicit. So we can expect plenty of expensive sabre rattling, to show how outraged they are at being ripped off, by the terrible scoundrel ViktorVolkov. Double due diligence couldn't even uncover his past misdeads.
The upcoming court case will publicly reveal much on due diligence, and the path LWP followed into this magnificent commercial opportunity.
