I wonder if they will also look to cancel the shares "acquired" by Barry Dawes which look to have been bought/gifted in relation to his advice on the JV with VVV. Also given his level of involvement surely if he did actually purchase the shares with knowledge of the upcoming JV then would be considered insider trading?
